i need work on my thighs, tummy, and back.... what should i do to loose some of that wieght within a month???? please keep in mind that i really dont like to run.... anything but running will do
thanks!!!

You really cannot spot reduce/ Increase the cardio- 50 minutes every day! Bike ride at a rate that you sweat. Power walk until it makes you huff and puff. Dance to upbeat musice with no breaks until you are out of breath. Do not skip a day for 30 days. Drink 8 glasses of water. Stop all sugary drinks. Drop bread to one slice per day.

Here's just a simple idea. It works for me, but im an athlete and young, sooooo. 1st. Take your time on what you eat, chew slowly and savor your food. 2nd do ANYTHING athletic at all! Its not that hard, join even a softball team, or play 18 holes of golf regularly without a cart or caddy. 3rd it really doesn't hurt to eat your fruit and veggies. And, this may only work for me, but, I like to eat little snacks throughout the day, they can't be fatty or sugary, just a little something substantial. Then when it comes to meal time, don't take what you usually would, take much less, and refer to my first point. Just follow these somewhat simple guides and you should take off the pounds fast!

here is my suggestion to your question?

I think that the best way is first you avoid in-taking of fast foods, try to take foods which is very natural. take spinach every day / alternative days.

avoid eating more spicy& oily foods..

The next better & most efficient way to handle after diet is practising yoga asanas.

it will be quiet difficulut to follow at the first attempt but gtet confidently into it no harm & more natural you will lose weight .

First try the basic asanas like vajrasana, lotus asana, then move to dhanur asana .

dont feel that i am unable to do the asana at the first time .you will see better resulta s soon as you practising it but take in mind that the asanas shoul dbe done only in empty stomach say in the morning @ 6 am or in 6 pm.


the miost preferable is to join a memeber of practising yoga is the most effectiveness to your query .

ok well what about going to a gym and working out? there is no running in there but you do work on your thighs tummy and back or walk at a normal speed around your neighborhhood

well if you dont like running how about walking and taking your music and walk to the beat of the music and drink water while you are doing this and set a time and place where you want to walk and do it.

diet is good and a light exercise go to the gym and get a trainner if you are serious about it.
