You mean they don't have an address where you can attend a meeting? Or a phone number that you can search in a reverse directory. If they have any identifying information you, or the police, can use it to find the people responsible.
Call the police and file a complaint. Then when they do it again, call the police again (or better yet have a neighbor call). Once the police have determined that these people are doing this regularly then they have the grounds to move against them (if your neighbors are calling then it will seem to be a big problem). If you can find out the day and time that they are dumping this trash on your lawn then you can tell the police. Do you have a web camera, or nanny camera, does one of your friends? If you set up a good stakeout with it then you can get the license tag.
Once I found the location of the habitual litters I would make sure to return the favor. Along with their wet litter I would include a couple of Sundays worth of wet newspaper. If they catch you and complain you can tell them that you are only returning what is theirs, and you are trying to repay their "favor" by giving them the good word as well. If your neighbors join in then they might get the idea and move on. Especially if, while they are delivering their litter, they see a police squad car parked nearby, or they see a few people with cameras and video cameras taking their picture.
What does your neighborhood association think about this? If there isn't one, you might want to form one. TAKE BACK YOUR NEIGHBORHOOD.

i dont know but it seems you could contact the churches in your area and find out if they condone such acts of domestic religous terrorism. of course they will say no but you will get one of two responses from it either your lawn will have no more messeges of salvation and damnnation or a huge old pile of them will arrive the minute you go the the grocery store. I once saw a pictue of a body outline with red stains in it and a few of those leaflets scaattered around for good measure on someones front porch... but i think that kind of mock up would only work for the ones that knock on the door

Yeah I'm gonna have the Dallas Morning News arrested too because they keep throwing paper into my yard every single day.
I'm sorry you don't like the pamphlets. I think they're just trying to help you. They don't mean any harm ya know. God bless you.

Weird. I never have that happen. Doesn't sound like an effective way to convert people, though. Maybe there's a way to contact the people who are doing it somewhere on the pamphlets.

Litterers should be fined $500 a pop. Or be shot in front of a firing squad.

Next time they come through, talk to them. Ask them not to do it any more, and more importantly, FIND OUT WHICH CHURCH THEY'RE WITH. If they continue doing so after that, then you can call the church and complain - and tell them that if they continue littering your yard, you'll file a complaint with the police.

I actually report them for littering. What's nice is that they leave their contact information right on the pamphlet.

I would suggest that next time the Bible Pamphlet throwers come down the street, you and your neighbor's lie in wait!

I don't mind reading others information on their beliefs, but I agree with you! I don't want their stuff thrown all over the place. I think it looks nasty to see their stuff in bathrooms.
Put it in waiting rooms & if someone wants to read it they will!
Here's what I believe at the website below.
