Congratulations for your world records achievement. That is quite something.
The best advice I could give you is to write down when you are feeling paranoid and the thoughts you have. Log what time of day it was, the weather, what you was going on at the time, how you think the paranoia was triggered.
Keep up the log and then.. show someone. Like your parents or a therapist. someone you can trust to help you figure things out. Best of luck to you, I think it is a positive step just to admit there is an issue. I guess that is what everybody says.. but I mean it.

Hi, talking about being in the guiness book, I dont think so. The only mind that you see/know is your own and you have no idea of what goes on inside other minds. There are fears and thoughts in the minds of other people as well that they do not share. I think that in your case, like in mine, trust is the most important factor. Saints and seers say that you need not care about what happens in the mind because it is unimportant. In fact you pay attention to it and let it bother you. When you remove your attention, it is gone. Just try to be watchful knowing fully well that all that is in the mind is just thoughts and feelings...nothing else. and thoughts and feelings are not worth breaking your head on.

Hi there,
Don't know your age, experience in life, how long that you have been dealing with this, and etc.
I've never delt with being overly paranoid to a point where it seems scary.
I'm thinking that it would be soothing to you to spend a few hours with a competent therapist. You might be able to learn some strategies on how to manage paranoia when you are feeling it. Your regular doctor may be able to suggest someone who may be able to help you.
Good luck

I know what it's like to be extremely paranoid. Just constantly worrying about everthing. Are you worried about something happening to you or to others close to you? Do you think repetitive thoughts and have get turns in your stomache if you dont do something your thinking about?

You need to find a way to put those paranoid thoughts into perspective. We can understand that there are dangers but not let that fear control us. Maybe you need counseling. I hope it gets better, because you cant escape yourself.

As am I, my friend. Maybe not as bad as you, because I can usually convince myself it'll be alright. But it sucks, doesn't it?
