Well...If there is anything I have learned about men over the years....they need their space sometimes. If he comes in from work and seems a little distant, don't pressure him to talk. Tell him hello and give him a welcome home kiss and go find something else to do. If he gets ready to share with you, he will. Don't take it personally or start trying to read his mind. It only causes hurt feelong, which isn't good for either of you.

first of all do you have kids? lol!!!! every one needs a little me time alone to reflect on the day or just to unwind a little ,dont get me wrong he,s a guy we can be grumpy ,so try doing something for him or just take the time to ask him about his day and see whats on his mind you never knowit could be he likes to be grumpy

probably because he's unhappy
seems that even the silghtest things can throw off my mood and make me grumpy sometimes, i just need to snap myself out of it and be happy for the sake of being happy
