it is very disgusting. i bought a flavored alcoholic drink the other day and couldn't get through the first few sips. this isn't my first time drinking and i'm not getting any acquired taste. it is still as nasty as ever. if you want the sedative effect of alcohol, why not pop an alcohol pill in your mouth so you don't need to taste the alcohol? i don't understand why drinking something that tastes nasty is considered so trendy. and you plain beer drinkers i definitely can't understand. if i want to drink, i want a shot that masks the alcoholic taste as much as possible to get the experience over with. the thought of drinking plain drink after drink is just bizarre.

I hate the way liquor taste too. I try to be an alcoholic and think the flavored drinks would help but I can still taste that aftertaste. Drinking is not for everybody. Most people drink to be cool, or to get that high feeling never mind the taste, or to impress others. I don't let people influence me to drink. My boyfriend bought liquor when I turned 21. He is older than me so he thought it would help me loosen up. Guess what it still sits in the refrigerator collecting dust.

Many people don't enjoy the taste of beer, but it gets better the more drunk you are. A lot of people start thinking about the alcohol content on their first beer, plus they socialize, so it's easy to ignore the taste of the beer. But yes, you are right, beer is nasty. Drunk sex is stupid.

i dont get it ifind that one or two is enough for me even when its at a get together with friends .
most men that i know that do drink a bit have all got the pot belly.
why someone would do it to themselves i dont know.
as a thirst quencher its crap.
just makes me more thirsty and if you stop drinking after a few you get as dry as hell.
its a pitty i cant get my marijuana over the counter like they buy alcohol.
70%hospital addmissions are alcohol related and that is legal.

i think alot of its just PEER PRESURE---Lord knows the taste ain't what people are after-because you don't see anything that taste like booze that isn't alcoholic in nature.

and maybe cuz ur simply "weak" in consumption
