There is nothing wrong with flirting with him. When you do, see if he's getting stiff in the shorts. If he is you might want to stop flirting.

No its not wrong, well maybe the lap dance is a little wrong, but I think a lot of girls flirt with there male teachers, especially if they are really handsome.
It is wrong for the teacher to respond to that, he could loose his job, and depending on how old you are he could passably go to jail.

Yes, yes, yes! You should be ashamed of yourself. This could pose a serious problem for your male teacher. He could not only lose his job, he could also be faced with marital problems as well if he has a wife. He could also be open to legal problems.
