Some of Canada uses daylight savings time and some doesn't. I believe Quebec doesn't use Daylight time and possibly Saskatchewan.

In Saskatchewan we do not change our time. Makes no sense why everyone changes their time. If it's because businesses want to deal with the rest of the world on their time, then they should just start work at a different time. And if that's why - don't they realize that there are many time differences and they can't keep up with everyone's time? Just makes no sense. Or if it's so people can get up earlier and enjoy more daylight, why don't they just get up earlier then, why change the time to do that. Just makes no sense to me at all. Craziness I tell you.
