Eat. That's what you should do. I hate the thought of going to work everyday, but I do it because I need to in order to live.

Sweetie, you have got to eat a healthy diet to be able to continue to live. I am a diabetic as well. I don't like to eat either. It's not so much that it grosses me out, I just get sick of having to remember everything I eat, test my blood sugar, give myself insulin etc. But it's part of our life. I can tell you are young. You have a long life ahead. Managing diabetes is possible. You can do anything you want to do in life but you have to control your sugars. Try to find some things you do like. You don't have to eat much. Just enough. Talk to your Mom, your doctor. They need to know how you feel. You may need to see a counselor to just share your feelings with and gain another perspective. I am a diabetic myself and I have learned that you must eat. Eating food grosses me out as well so what I do is to eat smaller portions and snacks throughout the day. Try nibbling a piece of apple, orange, or perhaps some nuts. Your body does need food for your survival. Please, don't starve yourself as you are doing yourself more harm than good.

i'm a diabetic and sometimes i have the same problem the thought of eating makes me sick at my stomach but i have to eat or my blood sugar will get low so i eat something simple like crackers to get me started and it gets easier you just have to start small and for breakfast i'm not a big breakfast eater so i get those danactive immunity yogurt drinks there are quick not that much to drink and they keep my sugar up

I know the feeling because I'm also diabetic. Life is to important to me,because I have kids and they need to have their mother in their life. You need to eat to keep up your strength. This is nothing to mess with,because it will kill you. Your life is to important. Think about how your family and friends will feel if they lost you to this. You need to eat and take your blood sugar at least 2 times a day. Please take care of yourself.

not to sound like a punk ,but try drinking protien shakes instead or at least trade off every so often,like eat once a day then drink protien shakes every 4 hours there after

JUST EAT THE FOODS YOU LIKE.
TRY TO STAY AWAY FROM THINGS LIKE CANDY AND SODA BECAUSE OF THE ADD ARTIFICAL SUGARS
EAT MORE FRUIT AND VEGIES THAT HAVE NATURAL SUGARS THEY ARE BETTER FOR YOU ANYWAY

drink glucerna-its a drink for diabetics.has all the nutrition of a meal.you can get it at wal-mart.
