swimming is good excersize as it puts little stress on your joints. any I know several people who use an inhaler for asthema and are able to swim.

Walk for 1/2 hour everyday and eat more fruit instaed of junk food. Eat lean meat at the size of a deck of cards and plenty of veggies. Drink skim milk and water and less booze.
