I have to get braces and want what is best and the least noticeable. I cant get invisiline so what about white brackets? Do those work good. What about when you eat, does food show up a lot in them? I could try getting the smaller brackets instead. They are 60% (dont stain) and only 40% metal? What do you think looks better???

The porcelain braces work fine, but people who are active in sports tend to chip the corners often. Coffee and Cigarettes stain them terribly. Invisalign is more costly upfront, but the length of treatment time is usually months shorter and no breakage.

You can get the clear bracketts. They do work well, but they will turn a little overtime from natural food and beverage stain. I dont know your age but if you smoke that will make them turn a lot.

another thing is you will see the ligatures on them. They have clear ligatures nut they really turn yellow. The best best for unoticable is clear bands with the white ligatures. you will only be able to notice them up close and not from a regular distance.
