Okay. So like some ppl on here told me that it's okay to have sex with HIV, but wear protection. So I had sex. With my good friend and I told him that I had HIV. He wore a condom I am on HIV pills (finally found some that i'm not allergic 2). Doctor is considering birth control, but thinks is 2 risky (???).

Anyways, I've only been on the pills for 3 days when this occured and I'm afraid it was transmitted. He sucked my area, liked my chest, we had sex for around 8 hours. I am only 14 and am afraid that I can get put in juvi for transmitting.

help!!!

Somebody is very sick to tell a 14 yr old child to have sex. You are an idiot to have sex with a "Friend"( or anyone) and possibly give him HIV!You may have killed your friend! He will pass it around to all of the other schoolgirls and not worry either. If you told him before then he is a big fool to do it and especially to do oral. If this is a joke---so are you!

Well you are only 14, So, I can't really give you the Good Ole Dr. Phill " What were you thinking",? speach. Then again, "What were you thinking"! First of all what are you juvenile delinquents doing having sex in the first place? Second off, with HIV? How irresponsible! And sex for 8 hours? Please maybe they should lock you up for real cause the only way that lengthy time of sex is taking place is if you have been hitting the crack pipe or smoking Meth! You need to talk to your friend and get him to the doctor. You also need to stop having sex! Your 14! I don't know who on here told you that was ok but either they didn't know you were 14 or they were a complete Moron! STOP HAVING SEX NOW!

It is risky to have sex at this moment. U cant guarantee that d condom is fully protective.... Does he have any lesions in his mouth? It would be possible that the virus get through the lesions. Ask him to get an HIV check up. N go to see a doctor.

Hon I think something else is going on that's a lot bigger than HIV.

Why do you feel the need to have sex at such a young age? You already contracted a fatal disease. You will deal with the stigma, relationship problems, and lack of employment for the rest of your life. Yes, employers still screen for HIV positive applicants so as not to hire someone who will be sick a lot or cost them a lot in health insurance.

When you're too old for your parent's insurance, you won't be able to get affordable health insurance. There's a high likelihood you'll end up homeless and on Medicaid.

Something in your past has caused you to think it is ok at the age of 14, still a child, under the age of consent, to want to have sex. Not only that, but have sex with someone you're not in a romantic relationship with, and for such a long period of time.

What are you escaping? Who hurt you?

Yes, it is very possible to transmit HIV orally. Your doctors should have been very upfront about having sex outside a monogomous, notified relationship. It's totally possible for you to have this. But you're not ready now.

You have so much to deal with. You've just barely hit puberty. You've contracted a terminal illness. I'm guessing you were molested or abused as a young child and are acting out in ways that are catastrophic to your health.

Please get into a support group and professional therapy. Stop having sex. It is not okay. It is more important now you heal from the past, heal from the present, and learn to love yourself for who you are.

Sweetie you're not a dirty whore, you're not a ****, you're not any of those things you call yourself in your head when you're feeling down or just before you go to sleep at night. And don't you listen to anyone on here who says so. You are a beautiful, worthwhile human being. You have the potential to turn this into something very positive.

You face a very rough road ahead. Please don't do anything that will get you pregnant (condom breaks), transmit the disease to others, or make you feel like less of a human being.

Just calm down, and breathe. It's time to change. Contracting HIV was not enough of a wakeup call but nearly killing someone you care about certainly has been. It's time to seek professional help, find out why you're acting out sexually, and learn to express what you're feeling rather than self-medicating through sex.

You are very smart to be proactive about your status. Never hide it. Be upfront with your partners. You did the right thing by telling him, and he made a conscious decision to go down on you without a dental dam. Please don't beat yourself up.

It's my prayer for you that you would be able to overcome the odds of people with HIV. That you wouldn't end up on the street and you would help other girls who've been through what you have in your life learn how to cope. But first you must learn to cope yourself.

Finally, get ALL your medical advice from your doctors. Do they know you're having sex casually? Do they know you think it's ok to do with protection? Have they discussed with you exactly what you need to explain to your partners? Tell your doctor about this and get the facts. Only then will you be prepared to face what lies ahead.

OK, first of all, YOU CANNOT GO TO JAIL FOR ATTEMPTED MURDER, Bc...he consented. SECOND OF ALL...What tha ***** are you doing having sex at FOURTEEN??? THIRDLY, even if you dont get prosecuted for murder, it IS illegal to have sex underage. Maybe you should take your friend to a free clinic first thing in the morning and have them swab his mouth and to a quick HIV test. Then if its positive, then you worry. But theres not a lot that they can do, bc it was consentual. Unless the guy gets pissed and bc he contracted it n lies about you telling him. Then you better have a kick as.s lawyer. This sucks. Im sorry for your disease. But im even more sorry that youre so insecure that you gotta go around having sex at age 14. im sure youre trying to act like an adult, but what you just did only shows how immature you really are. now your gonna be responsible for ********/ possibly ******** up someone elses life. Pray to GOD!

OH I AM NOW EDITING MY ANSWER.
AFTER RE-READING YOUR STATEMENT...THIS WHOLE THING SOUNDS LIKE A LIL KID DESPERATE FOR ATTENTION. SEX FOR EIGHT HOURS??? WAS THIS KID ON VIAGRA!!!? IF HES YOUR AGE, I FIND IT HIGHLY UNPROBABLE THAT A 14YEAR OLD CAN GO FOR 8HOURS. HIS BALLS PROBABLY HAVENT EVEN DROPD YET! YOU NEED TO BE TALKN TO UR MOM OR DAD OR GAURDIAN ABOUT THIS PROBLEM IF THERE EVEN IS ONE. IF IT WAS THIS SERIOUS, WHY ANNOUNCE IT TO THE WHOLE WORLD??

Although it wasn't safe, since you made it clear from the beginning that you had the HIV virus, you should be in the clear legally

The laws are designed to prosecute people who transmit the diease without informing any potential partners

If he gets an anti-viral pill maximum no longer than 72 hours he might have a chance. Tell him immediately to call the Public health department in your city of go to the ER. Tell your parents to call child protective services for you too tonight!

I like how you say are deeply religious in a previous question you asked, yet now talk about having sex for "hours" while carrying a deadly virus. LMAO! Keep up the entertaining rhetoric!
