I am 14, 112 pounds and I am not looking to lose weight but I want to tone up, a lot of people think that means losing weight to, I think I am perfect in weight but I would love to be more toned up, it would give me a lot of confidence and make a good goal for me,

What is the most amount of calorie intake I can have?

How many days in a week should I go to the gym?
* I am registered at rezults fitness center*

How many hours should I work out?

Can I drink soda or milk or juice? ETC? Or would I see better results if I just drank water?

Any other information that will help me would be great.

Thanks, Brooke.

you should work out at least three times a week and no more than a few hours each time until your body is used to the exercising.go slowly until you can work up to faster pace , you should drink water but you can have juice , and milk . you will need more calcium and other nutrition because your body is using more from exercising,

I would just go to the gym and do 20 min of cardio becuase you said you dont want to burn fat..id hit the weights for about an hour doing 20 min arms,20 min abs and 20 min legs/butt. Id eat a diet of around 1200 calories..you can go to www.fitday.com for a free profile and it counts all the calories for you. Im sure you look great so dont even worry about exercising to make other people impressed. hope that helps
