Sit ups in all types of ways...
straight, to the side...with a twisting action, while incline back, while flat, while kneeling, racing with someone else...
Do leg lifts while hanging from a bar....lift knees up, to the left up, to the right up etc....
Do more each day, but you'll need several hundred a day....
(eat plenty protein, low-fat, low cal food)

I'm sure you're referring to fitness so I'll say situps. Lots of sit ups.
However the smart mouth in me really wanted to answer "Go to the store and get another six pack". Sorry lame I know but just couldn't reisist.

You need to do cardio...thats things like running biking jogging swimming as long as you sweat alot.........you need to have your BMI less then 8% to be able to see a six pack so good luck and you will get there.......oh and if you need to tone do crunches far more effective then sit ups
