I used to do it, now i think its stupid. Your just cheating on your future wife, I don't care what the society says. Stoning people to death is acceptable 1k years ago, but its still murder and doesn't make it right.

Definitely!!!!
I divorced my husband 5 years ago. Since then I have not been in a relationship. It is a great esteem booster to have friends with "benefits". They make you feel good and then you go your separate ways. You can talk to them more openly about things and not feel judged. It is so nice to do the deed and just lay there and talk, laugh, cuddle and know that there are no strings attached. You both get up happy and wanting to see each other again. It is GREAT!!!!!

Sex is a bonding experience, and it's really not good for your mental health to engage in such an activity with somebody who is not serious about the relationship. Keep the friends, drop the benefits. Find someone you really love and save your passion for that person.

It can be okay if you can really separate love and sex. If you let feelings get in, then you have a problem. But it's not a bad gig if you just want sex but don't want a relationship. And yes, women can separate the two. Maybe not as easily as men though.

for a guy it awesome cos he gets regular sex without all that relationship stuff. however, i may be presumptuous, but over time i think that the girl will grow some emotional attachment to the guy and want something more. thats why i think its a bad idea. guys can shut off their emotional feelings and focus on the physical aspect. i dont believe women can

(Shrug)

It has potential to be bad, if one person develops more serious feelings for the other, or if someone's sleeping around behind the back of their real boyfriend/girlfriend.

I guess it can be good, if you feel that casual sex is good for your mental health.
