This is a nonsense question - went to your other questions, and all are ridiculous! *lol*
But, if someone were serious.... Ofcourse a man can have a woman charged with sexual assault! Biologically, it would be more difficult for a woman to rape a man, as he would have to have an erection...... But, a female could certainly sexually assault a man.

Having had the same trouble with many swim suit models I fully understand.
It is all up to state law. Most allow charges of rape to be charged against your spouse, but not near as many have rape laws for men when the other party is a women.
It will depend on how the actual rape law is written.

omg all those guys are so pathetic. ok LISTEN UP.
If you feel violated then have her ARRESTED and charge her for rape. If it doesn't matter that much to you and you aren't going to get yourself out of that situation then why want her arrested?
the abuse will continue on if you dont voice your opinion and/or divorce her.
My answer to the solution:DIVORCE her and get another model.
AND WHAT DO YOU MEAN ALL WOMEN ARE LIKE THIS? don't include a whole gender.

Most penal Codes define rape as the "penetration however slight ,of the vagina or anus by a penis" so..no on the rape charge but a definite yes on the assault charge.
Dunno where you live but here in California spousal abuse is an automatic jail and $50,000 bail

FIRST- Are you nuts? Lay back and give her all you can.
Why would any GUY want to stop a hot woman from waking you up like that?
SECOND- How can she rape you with a soft-on ? You must have been slightly excited for penatration. Don't be a wuss give her what she wants or she will find someone else that will.

Why on earth are people so gullible to believe that this is even remotely legtimate. Look at all of this user's questions. They are purely idiotic. This guy is probably 12 and has no homework to do and no friends, so spends all his time on Yahoo.

I been really thinking about this,I'm thinking she may not be your wife your having sex with, after all when you get married the "Hanky Panky" is suppose to stop
sounds like a wild romance.
If that is true she could be charged for sexual harassment.

I dont know if you can sue her. Why dont you consult a lawyer on monday morning? I am sure he or she will have the correct answer.
And yes it is correct. A no is a no.
You have the right to say no. It is not only a woman's privilege to say no.

certain it truly is definetely rape, you instructed him to end and tried to push him off you and instructed him that it harm and he wouldnt end, so certain it truly is definetely rape. To be problem-free you're able to not have had sex in case you didnt favor to and fantastically because you didnt have lube so it would harm. record it to the police i say, rape.
