Probably because the WMDs he, Powell, and Rumsfeld swore up and down were all over the goddamn place weren't there. They found leftover useless shells from the Iran-Iraq conflict, but no "hundreds of gallons of anthrax". No giant caches of chemical or biological weapons. Those "mobile weapons labs"? Balloon inflators from Britain. Nuclear program? Israel done fcuked that up in 1981. Sorry, the initial justification for war was bullsh!t, and Bush finally grew a pair and admitted it.

Because since you have Conservative terrorist sympathizers (Conservatives have helped arm and train our enemies we have today) who gave WMD's to Saddam and forgot he used them all to kill hundreds of thousands of people.

Bush was also told by C.I.A director George Tenant and Richard Clark that Saddam had no WMD's. So Bush is lying (again) when he tries putting the blame on our C.I.A.

I guess blaming Bill Clinton is getting old
