I agree with about 350 miles per tank...

In the past ten years, I've had 3 Golfs (standard transmission) with a combined accumulation of more than 500,000 miles. I've averaged 28-30 MPG overall, and can usually get 385-400 miles on a tank. But a regular Golf with a standard transmission will be more efficient than a GTI. Of course it also depends on how aggressively you drive.

The 2006 Golf GTI would go about 336 miles in the city, and 434 miles on the highway with a 14 gallon tank. (City MPG: 24 / Highway MPG: 31) If you own a 2007 Golf GTI, it would go about 322 miles in the city, and 448 miles on the highway. (City MPG: 23 / Highway MPG: 32) I hope this helps!

what is your miles per gallon, I drove an accord to DC this week, I got 35 miles to the gallon, I had a 10 gallon tank I think, so I could go 350 miles before I ran out of gas.

If you get 30 mpg then you could go 420 miles on a tank, if you get 35 mpg you would get 490 miles
