acidic. The pH scale goes from 0-14, with 0 being the most acidic and 14 being the most basic. (neutral is 7) Vinegar's pH is 2-3, so it's pretty darn acidic.

its an acid, but its amazing. I think wine turns into vinegar when it ages... you can do a lot of stuff with it though.

acidic it is used to clean a lot of thing including yourself ,but it is dangerous if you drink too much
