ok there are 2 answers.first is obivously the above say nothing but you have to make a statement.
other make a statement that takes a lot of time to verify say, for example sun will burst in 1000 years.

you should say something that he wouldn't know whether it's true or not. for example..."my name is william" if he doesn't know who you are, he won't be able to figure out how to kill you, and in either way, you could tell them their not fair, not keeping their promise.
