It means you've bought a "knock off" rice cereal probably some off brand like Sam's Club or something. True high quality rice cereal will go SNAP, CRACKLE, POP" at you.
If you only get a SNAP, you've only got 1/3 of the team. You really need CRACKLE AND POP.

I do not like it when someone says "SNAP!" to me. I feel that it is bad because they are trying to control you. It says to me that they want something from me that second. Maybe I don't want to do it that second or maybe not at all. It really turns me off when some one says "SNAP!" or "SNAP to it!" to me. When it is said to me I refuse to do what they want.

It's not good. I take it to mean "do it now" .........like "be snappy about it".
It's too commanding and controlling.
