The first thing I think you should do, is actually be a friend.. if she is claiming she is going to break up with her current boyfriend, then she is probably going through somewhat of a hard time. Help her out with it, give her the best advice as a friend.. you just want her to be happy dont you? She may even realize how much of a good person you are by trying to helping her.

Don't tell her you like her until she is single. When she is... I would kind of give her hints first. If she seems interested in you, then I would definitley tell her. First, you should probably tell her some things you like about her. Then tell her that you actually like her. Its probably best to tell her in some sort of nicely way, like " you know that we have been good friends for about a year? well.. I'm kind of falling for you." You want to be serious and sweet, but also flirty and fun.

Good luck on everything, you should tell her that you like her. If you guys are the good friends you say you are, you shouldn't loose a friendship over that. Don't leave yourself wondering what could have been...

alot of ppl will say that you shouldn't risk losing a friendship because you never know if it will still be there when you break up. that is true but what if its not if you can live with the idea of not knowing how it could of been then don't do anything about it but really just by telling her that you like her and if she wants too take yalls relationship a step forward and take it slow i think even if she turns you down things will be okay between you two but really no one can answer this question for you because we do not know the situation ive been in the same problem you are in and yes it is a problem because its your best friend and you know how great it would be if yall did get together but you just need to tell her how you feel and if she wants to take that next step go slow in yalls new relationship if you or her wants to back out yall wont be too deep over yalls heads that it would be hard to do so

Life is too short, so tell her how you care about her. If she tell's you that she doesn't feel the same, then tell her that you respect her and what she wants no matter what. Let her know that it's hard not to have feelings for her because she is so wonderful and that you'll do your best to keep your feelings as friendship only.

You can be their for her. The best thing you could do, is....Start flirting with her. Just say things like this: I wish you were single, I would take you out and we would have the best time.

Also paint her a mental picture about how great of a time you both would have together. Make it fun.

if you can imagine being her friend if she says no to your advance then you should do it. Biting your tongue wont help. Who knows...she might want you to make the first step. But in the event she doesnt feel the same way....you have to ask yourself would you be okay with that.

Well, if you dont talk it out, how can you know if she loves you? I think you should give yourselfe (and her, too) a chance. If it doesnt work, then try to keep friend, why should you lose it if you ask her out?

.Back off and stay away until she is totally publicly free from bf#1.

Women have this little thing they like to do which goes like this: Always know who the next bf is before you dump current bf.

Which puts bf#2 in the crosshairs of bf#1.

Dazzle her cowboy before you tell her your feelings. Actions are always louder than words. Show her, she'll pick up on it!
