The black label is distilled from mostly corn and a few other grains, this is the Jack that most of us are familiar with. The green label is distilled from 100% rye, so it will be like a canadian whiskey, like Crown Royal.

The black label is distilled from corn and a few other grains and is what your used to drinking from black label. However, green label is distilled from 100% rye and it will taste like canadian whiskeys such as Crown Royal or Canadian Mist.
