Hard to say.
I think the biggest barrier to a girl being / not being asked out is: does she appear APPROACHABLE?
Make yourself approachable to guys. Friendliness to everyone. Smiling (guys won't approach gloomy-gusses except to console). Don't dress too hot - he'll assume you're taken or a tramp.
If you work with relatively intelligent guys (don't ask the dumb ones, they'll lead you astray), ask them for some advice. Leave the girls behind for a while and let these guys tell you what guys want.

You know even though i am not 35 years old, i am only 18, i had the same problem (yes i no im young). But I am very outgoing and kind and just very cheerful. Im not ugly or anything. But what i figured out what went wrong is that i was acting more as a friend to all the guys i was trying to flirt with!! Just try to flirt more then to be nice... I guess that is what i am trying to say

Alot of nice guys are affraid to ask out an attractive lady due the fear of rejection. You might have to approach guys yourself and ask them out. They might be surprised that such an attractive lady is asking them out. BUt just remember to be kind if they say no.

oh honey cause most of the descent men are taken and the ones that wont ask are moochers and this day and age men think they should get asked ....and also could be there are more women than men in this world....but hang in there youll get asked...go to singles bars and places were guys hang out....goodluck!
