I work out 5-6 times a week for about 2 hours daily now (including cardio and weights and sometimes Yoga) and I start school in September and will be leaving home at 6 AM, getting back home on bus/train everyday around 5-6 PM. Then I'll need to study, get rest, and do a lot of projects for this special type of class courses I'm taking for college.

I can only seem to find time on weekends to work out, but that is not enough, right?

What can I do? Any advice? Or personal stories?

Please help!

Do your workouts on the weekends, take short breaks from your studying during the week to get some crunches in, or get a few curls in, etc. (get some dumbbells for home). You won't see improvements, but it will help sustain what you've built up. And keep telling yourself that your schedule won't be like this forever. You have plenty of time in your young life to catch back up to the rigorous routines you are used to. Focus on your studies knowing that you are working towards making a better life for yourself. All those good things will come back to you in time.

When I was in college, I found it impossible to sit and focus on studying (especially reading) if I had spent the whole day sitting in class. When I got home, I would go exercise in the evening. The hour or so missed studying was worth it as I got more done studying in less time. Plus you sleep better.

When you want to do something badly enough, you find a way. It need not be 2 hours/day, but something is better than nothing...even if it is only a 15 minute run or workout daily.
