Of course not! They need love and attention. If I don't let my Parrots out when they want some TLC the will let themselves out and come looking for me.

Each bird has it's own personality. As far as attention, almost all birds need that interaction, attention. There is no such thing as to much attention(love) from you.
As far as take them out, I'm a little unclear. Do you mean out of the cage, or out of the house. Some birds absolutely love to be taken out with their owner. It can be very stimulating for them to see new things. Especially if they have the trust and security an owner gives. You just have to be careful of other things such as weather, pollutants,
Some birds, such as our Amazon parrot do not like the outside. He will squawk until you bring him inside. Either way, a parrot will make it's likes and dislikes known. Taking a bird out a lot is fine as long as you don't force going out if the bird doesn't want to.

I know i used to have a parrot and I took him out all the time and let him fly about the house. But after a while he started acting wierd and everytime I or someone would come near his cage he would freak out and go insaine. I have alot of people in house daily so this happen alot. Over time i noticed he started to get skinny and less active. He would just sit there. so we figured he was nervious and stoped eating cause of all the people around him. and as a matter of fact that was the problem. I had put the bird into my bedroom where there was no one around. and about a month later he was looking alot healthier and was alot more active.

My conure will ride with me while mowing the lawn. I don't do that much with him because of the dust but he loves to go riding. We take him out for a drive in the truck too. Some times we take him to the pet store and let him pick a new toy. We have two birds and they both are out of the cage more then in them. But they love us and will follow us around the house like puppie doggies.

Not unless you are holding him and he is stressed about it. Try to give the parrot 12 hours of uninterrupted sleep away from the action. Lightly cover the cage and do not disturb until morning.

I don't think he can die, parrots usually live a long time, but if you take him out a lot, he might become nervous or anxious.
You don't want them mean, because their beaks can do some
damage,

Only if they escape out the door to freedom, otherwise there is no such thing of too much attention for a hookbill bird from parakeets to macaws! ITS ALL GOOD!

No. If you don't give it much attention it won't be friendly to humans. It will be a happy bird the more attention you give it...
