If they think that mixing fluids after boarding could make a bomb, then not allowing them will save every life that boards the plane.
They are still doing shoe searches.

No, but it serves as a "stark reminder that this country is at war with Islamic fashizz (sic)"
p.s. WHAT IS UP with all this "apparently so" stuff- the guys in england WERE NOT CAUGHT IN AN AIRPORT SEARCH....they never got anywhere near the airport...Cheers MI-5!

Interestingly, no.
All it does is kill people in the airport if the liquid in question is what they fear it is. So, instead of the people on the plane being killed, the people in the terminal are. Makes you think that the gates are in the wrong place.
As for the shoes, they still do that on international airports.
At any rate, at least somebody cares enough to try and protect us.

It's really possible. Who knows? Even with the airport security flying is still often faster than a train or bus. Think of it. A 550 mph airplane or the 75 mph Amtrak.

Yes, and shoe searching does too. I think racial profiling would also save lives....

Now, you hafta take off your shoes, take out your laptop, take off your jacket and belt, and take your ID out of your wallet.
It takes 2 hours just to get through security these days.
Just forget about flying altogether; take the train.
