I have a suggestion, maybe try a nice Spumante and mix it with about 50% Orange Juice. Yeah yeah.. I know Mimosa , but Might change your overall look and taste of Champagne.
I love Mimosa's. Also Chandon, makes some really wonderful Champagnes.

I love a really good sweet tasting champagne but even an expensive dry one is too much for me to bear. I feel the same way about red wines unless they are cooked in with beef dishes.

You know, I always thought I was the only one. I just don't really like most wines. I hate the dryness. It doesn't have to be sweet, (I like beer, and its not sweet) but why do all wines have to be so freaking dry that it makes your mouth want to shrivel up and die?

Go back to jello shots and you won't have to worry about it ever again.
