I have been taking Claritin to remove allergies.

Now, it feels like when i'm not on it, i feel anxious and depressed.

When i'm on it, i feel light and happy and allergie free.

I am 13 years old and am physically healthy for now.

Do you think i'm addicted to claritin?

Hmmm ive never heard of being addicted to claritin. But im assuming that you have really bad allergies and the med is working!
Its strange though, ive always heard that claritin makes some people feel anxious and panic feelings.
Talk to your doctor and see what he/she says.

I've taken them for a while now and haven't felt that way; try stopping them for a month and see if you feel that way EVERY DAY or not.

If anything, you'll detox and can consult your doctor for other medications - Claritin isn't the only one out there now.

Maybe, most OTC drugs can make you become dependent on them; talk to your parents so they can get you help. Don't worry you'll be fine.

It's all in your head buddy.
Stop thinking that if you're not "on" them today, you're going to feel depressed. If you think you are going to be, you'll trick yourself into thinking you're actually feeling such, when if fact that's not the case.

I suppose that is possible. You should actually discuss this with your doctor though because there could be more to it than that.

Crush them up into a fine white powder and then snort them. Snorting things makes them non-addictive, that's why they do it with cocaine. If that fails you, just repeat to yourself, "I can stop anytime I want...I can stop anytime I want...I can stop anytime I want..."
