Well, in my books, it says 2-3 weeks, but if it's already been that long, the puppies probably have an eye infection, and can't open there eyes. You can tell by seeing a huge wad of icky gunk on there eyes, it looks like the sleep that u get in ur eyes, only built up within the past 5 yrs. If you see this, it's not because they're just born, it's because they're sick, and you should get to a vet immediatly.

It takes 9-12 days for eyes to open.
