i'm serious about capital punishment, besides the undeniable fact that the crime would not justify the punishment contained with regards to vehicle thieves. it can be reliable in the adventure that they merely shrink off their acceptable thumb with a view to't really turn an ignition swap yet in this usa, we may then provide the perp a incapacity, so penitentiary time must be adequate punishment in the adventure that they could in straightforward words make penitentiary confusing time like it replaced into contained in the first 1/2 of the twentieth century, believe me, I worked in a penitentiary and that i spoke of it bypass from punishment to a playground in my first 3 years there and actually of giving the workers more effective rights they gave all of them to the inmates so do not assume crime to be payed with the help of punishment anytime quickly, regrettably!

no, because in the "good ol' days" they used old wives tales to see if you were lieing or not, instead of evidence. and then they would strap each arm and leg to a horse and startle the 4 horses to make them start on a running leap, thus ripping your arms and limbs off. if i do anything in this world that is so unrichious that i have to be killed by law, id rather be put to sleep instead of being dismembered and bleed to death.

i don't think it would help. besides texas law still allows horse thieves to be hung. of course, they fry you when you do, but at least the horse thief won't see it.

well a stronger penalty would be nice. but you could sue the thief for lost wages and anguish and such. if a criminal can sue for getting hurt while robbing you as a property owner can sue for the loss of your car for a time period
