I woke up yesterday (friday) at 13 pm. And at like 18:00 o'clock i slept for like 2 hours... And now i couldn't sleep all night. It's saturday and i don't want to sleep at all, do you think i can? Did you tried something like this b4?

well i did try that before and it can be done just alot of evergy drinks and coffee...but the bad thing is it takes a hard it to ur body...because when u finaaly fall asleep the next day if iwoke up at 1 i would still be tired cause ur body is trying to make up for the sleep loss....at least that is what i felt...

nothing significant will happen if you stay up all day. as long as you eat well (carbs!) that is.
also after about 18 hours or so, don't drive a car or operate a chainsaw or run around the house with a knife. very dangerous.

I have before but what you do is up to you. If you have the day off then you might give in to the urge for a nap but I find if I nap then it totally wipes me out for the rest of the day.
