I would like to lose over 100 pounds and at this point I dont't eat a lot yet I still seem to gain yet be someone steady. My last resort would be surgery.

It's not so much the amount you eat, but possibly the types of food you eat. There is no easy & fast way to lose 100 lbs, sorry. It is going to take a lot of work on your part, and anyone who tells you differently is not telling the truth. Have a physical done first, complete with blood work to get a starting point on vitals and to make sure you don't have any underlying issues (like under-active thyroid, etc.). Then put a meal and exercise plan together. There are many sites out there that can help you with meals & exercise. Good luck!

If you're eating less and still gaining weight it may be a medical problem. Maybe you should consult a physician. I know that a person should eat about 5-6 times a day (small portions), but fruits as snacks and avoid greasy foods. I always found it helpful to bake all my foods and stay away from salt. Season your food with season salt and it makes a difference. Exercise two hours before you eat or walk often. Hope this helps. VIP

You can't lose 100 lbs overnight. Cut out processed foods, reduce carbs, salty/sugary and high fat foods, increase fibre, fruit and greens in your diet and do some kind of aerobic exercise at least 3 times a week for a minimum of 40 minutes. You should start seeing results in 4 to 6 weeks. Good luck.

Please, don't ever try and lose over 100 pounds fast! The recommended safe rate for losing weight is about 3 pounds a week, so you should be prepared to stick it out and safely lose that much weight over 6 months or more. Hope it goes well!

You will not loose weight just by not eating. Surgery is always a last resort. Join Medical Weight loss clinic, they combine diet pills with a good diet, where you do eat, and loose weight. Just remember, if you starve your body, it will retain the weight, because it thinks that there is no food coming anymore. It is like shooting yourself in the foot. Drink a lot of water.

Fast way is not safe.If u decrease fast then u gain more weight in future.Take 3 meal/day.Don't skip any meal.In morning u take bowl of fruits.(approximately 300 gm but avoid banana,chiku & mango)For lunch u take 2 or 3 chapati of whole wheat flour& boiled veg. (no oil but with masala) & filling portion (salad without dressing,for garnishing u can add lime juice & salt).For dinner same as lunch.u can add soup also.u can add sprouted mug beans to salad & also add chat masala.This salad is very testy.walk fast for 1 hr/day.good luck.

Even if you lose all that weight you'll still need surgery, because there will be a lot of extra skin.

Don't try to lose it fast, just follow a good exercise plan and a healthy diet.
