how to even skin color?

Is there like a cream or something to get your skin white? or at least even in color... I look like a freaking siamese cat white body and tan arms from driving too long, I want to wear this dress but my skin looks so uneven it makes me want to cry. any natural options ok aswell

Your only real option is to buy a self tanner and apply it to the white areas to even out your coloring. Apply it, and when you have "tanned", if not dark enough to match your arms, do it again until you achieve a match.

You could also get a misting tan and have them do only the areas that are white...be aware though that it will only last about two weeks.

The naturally tanned areas have to fade on their own...there is no way to speed up the process of returning to your normal, non-tanned skin tone.
