it depends on the expiration time. The older they are the less effective. The lose there potency with time. Other than that, not much to woory about.

Antibiotics are useless unless you take a full course. If you take one when you feel like it just because you are sick and then stop because you start to feel better voids any effect the antibotics have done. Which basically means you took them for nothing. You saying you have antibiotics over the expiration date tells us you have not been taking your prescribed medication according to instructions. As far as i know you are not a doctor or a pharmacist and in effect you should follow their instructions considering they know more than you.

well typically i adivse against taking ANY meds past the expiration date. Expired drugs can cause a number of side effects, or they may cause none at all. Basically its not a safe practice. When in doubt call a doctor.

well like a few months ago wen my mom was sick she took expired medicine on accident. it just didnt work as effectivley as its supposed to.
