1. Eat normal but cut out bread, sugar and salt.
2. Exercise 20 min per day.
3. Drink lots of water.
4. Not more than 2x per week wrap up in seran wrap when you exercise. I say not more than 2 times per weel because you could dehydrate if you did more than that..
5. Take vitamins and good luck
Remember also that your stomach is only the size of your fist and try not to eat more than that.
Some extra advise if you do this you will loose apx 6 or more lbs per week. If you maintain it the rapid loss will decrease but you will keep off the wait. If you starve yourself as other people advise, what will happen is when you begin to eat again you will gain quickly back what you lost because your body is afraid you will starve it again and store any thing you intake.

Ok this is unhealthy but it works.
If you can go without eating hardly anything at all-- drink lots of water and excersize (run/walk) for a couple hours a day you can lose close to 10 lbs a week. It's just hard to keep it up cause its hard not to eat.

start a day with lemon water or simply water if u have acidity problem............. never forget to have beakfast (use fruits).........
avoid fatty foods colas, chocolates,cakes, all bakery products
drink juice lots of it ................dont try to lose weight by escaping meals..or eating less.....exchange diet instead..... like have apple instead of burger....like that .. never keep ur stomach empty
this way u dont feel u r on a diet but u will be losing weight..........
oh..........sorry i almost forget to mention about exercise.....
u can doit on ur choice at least jog or u can simply walk an hour or so.....u can also do other exercises .......better join jim if u have time... all these are comin out of my experience not my knowledge

depends on what you like to eat... you do have to eat. I lost 14 lbs in one week. It was a Fat Fast... 800 calories a day only eating fat food... like eggs and mayo, cheese, macadame nuts, olives, cream cheese... you might be able to find it on the internet... or on page 274 of Dr. Adkins Diet revolution book??

okay this is what u do you eat chicken salads fruits, and plain salads then drink water nothing else drink as much as you could if you cant it okay then you need to walk/run one hour a day if you want you cud workout like for 10 minutes after your walk/run it works fast
