Some muslims accept creationism and even some hindus and other more "exotic" sects believ intheir own versions. But most of them are very uneducated. As for educated, 1st world countries, it's pretty much only evangelicals.

Catholic believe in creationism, but do not restrict God in current human timelines. We allow God to function within His universe which we do not entirely understand.
Scripture is the message of God but we do not worship the ink on the page and forget the meaning of the message.
God is the first actions of all creative actions in the universe. This is the creation story.

because of fact they have "champions" like Kent Hovind and Carl Baugh who use undesirable technology and defective good judgment to "teach" creationism. while human beings have faith in faith to the element the place each little thing ought to in effective condition interior a advantageous little container, they're going to hold close on something that sounds clever and suits, even however they actually haven't any data. Edited, because of fact the guy below me cited Lee, he's purely as undesirable as Hovind and Baugh, and has no clinical credentials or distinctiveness to make such claims.

The Catholic church qualifies two groups of protestants - the lower and upper. Upper protestants generally except that creation could have been a metaphor. Lower are generally creationist. Similarly, the rapture occurs in lower protestants, whereas upper protestants and the Catholic church believe in perimillenialism (though the word is not used in Catholic teaching).

Now that's a good question. If the answer is yes, I guess that means we're the only ones who read the Bible.
