first of all, congratulations on the new baby. I lost 95 lbs in 8 months using a plan called Shapeworks. they have products that help you lose weight, but since you are breast feeding, you dont want the products with Caffeine in them. They have products that help you lose without caffeine to. Here is where i got it from: www.loseweightnow.com/tfward

The time will pass quickly with the new baby. Breast feeding does help. Don't get caught up in the "you are as only as attractive as you are thin" thing. Now that you have a baby, you
will realize that there are people who love you NO matter what
you look like.

Keep doing what you are doing and I guarantee you will lose
all that weight in 5 months. Happy Baby!

First, congrats on the baby! Second, breastfeeding burns a lot of calories, so you're doing what's best for the baby and yourself!

Don't try too hard. Eat healthy foods and go out with your baby for walks in the park, at the mall, etc. The weight will surely start coming off -- and by the time you're chasing after a tireless toddler, you'll get the workout you're looking for now!

I remember being frustrated with this too after I gave birth. You're already running, so this is great, be sure to watch what you eat, especially at night. Try to not eat after 7-7:30. Consider cutting your portions in half at dinner, and watch and limit these foods: cheeses, sodas, sugary treats, fried foods, fast foods, anything greasy. Try eating wheat everything from rice to noodles if you're going to eat breads, etc. Hope this helps some....

It takes a few weeks for all the hormones to level out and for things to balance out. Just eat healthy. Avoid bad carbs and refined sugars and exercise. Eventually you'll get back to your weight. But don't stress about it for right now. It takes time.
