Depends on what you are trying to give up on? Alot of everything we do has to do with our ego!!

Well I am going to assume that you are talking about relationships. And why is it so hard to give up? Well it is easy....when you love someone you always think about the good things about them...even when you are mad. You hope that one day they will be that person again. You feel bad when the thought of giving up goes through your head because nobody likes to give up....we need to feel like we have done everything in our power to make it work for what ever reason selfish or not. I feel that most people including myself at times subconsciously want to be right in the end, want to be that better person when sometimes all that means IS giving up. It does not make you a bad person it just makes you human. If you feel that there is something there left to fight for than go for it but don't do it if it means that you will only make yourself more unhappy in the long run. Good luck, remember there is always another day and if it is not this time in life it will be another.

It is always hard to give up but if it is worth a try you gotta at least do that but you know everybody has a breaking point where you just know noting is gonna change in till then good luck
