there are a lot od simulates ranging 4.00 800.00 per carat which is the best????

None of them actually resemble a true diamond. Usually the cut or faceting is different than the real thing, even if they say nobody can tell the difference. Real diamonds, even D color look a bit darker and more yellow, than simulants also.
