windows installer problem?

hi everytime i open a new browser screen windows installer keeps coming up with the only option of cancel their how do i get rid of it as i keep hitting cancel & it keeps coming back everytime i open a new browser window its REALLY ANOYING.

Maybe you should let it install what it wants to. Usually that pops up if a program has been updated and letting it run to completion (besides being a good idea) will end the problem.
