Sometime It Happens One After The Other & My Computer Freezes Then I Have To Restart It Or Shut It Down With the Power Button. Another Thing My System Resources Are Below 85% It Starts At 42% & Drops All Of A Sudden. I Really Dont Keep Alot Of Windows Open At One time The Most Is 4 Or 5. Most the Times It Drop All The Way To Zero & Shuts Down. If Anybody Know How to Fix This Problem Let Me Know. I Use Windows 98.

Your computer is old and slow, but there is no reason it should not work. You have caught a virus and/or spyware. Do you have any antivirus software? I usually recommend comodo, but it doesn't run on WIndows 98.
Try Bitdefender's free software, it will last yoiu a year.

Upgrade to
Windows 2000 or XP
and this will solve your problem
It can be bought @ office supply stores or Walmart & Target
Make sure you back up your data and pictures so you won't lose them when you install the update

have you checked for viruses?
I had one that said illegal option or something like that and it killed my computer :(
