i am a member at goldsgym in new jersey and not sure where u r in the world??? the goldsgym i am at has free personal trainers with your membership. u do have to schedule an appointment with one of the trainers. u can pick a trainer and interview 2 make sure the person can give u the results u want. i noticed progress 4 wks - 90days. i was walking in a mall and i saw a reflection of this tone buff woman and i remember thinking that she looks nice and it was me. my friends and i had a good laugh... my point is that i got results but u have 2 stay focus. write if u would like 2 exchange fitness ideas. good luck!

I'm sure they do, and I'm not sure how much they charge. Now if you go to the local YMCA they have cheaper and good trainers, but if you're already a member of the Gold's then stay there.
