1. IF it was business on some of the calls then yes
2. If it was persoanl calls then explain to him that next time you'd like to have him all to yourself with the phone on vibrate if he says ok then give him another try, if not move on!

Was this a first date? or have you been dating a while?
First date, you have nothing invested, and he should have turned his phone off and done everything he could to pay as much attention to you as possible.
If it's after the 4-5 date, then ya, give the guy another chance. He may have had something important he needed to have his phone on for, and maybe was just having a bad night. Who knows?
Either way, choice is yours, but yea, I'd say if it's the first few dates, he obviously isn't willing to choose you over a phone call, so he doesn't deserve another chance.

Sure, just make sure he leaves his phone in the car next time. If he admitted he was wrong and rude, give him a chance. It's just one evening out of your life and he could turn out to be a good guy. If not, at least you will never look back with regret and wonder "What if...."

I just want to know , why didn't he know it was wrong to do that? I don't know if you should give him another chance but maybe you can find out what was so important that he did that to you, then you can decide
