I was at the ER with my son (3 stitches) and the doctor looked at me and said that he could tell my son was very loved because he exuded a quiet confidence that comes with kids that feel safe, secure and loved. As a mom that is one of the nicest things anyone has ever said to me.

I can't think of anything. Now that's such a sad sad thing.Maybe by the time the day is over someone will say something nice to me. I live in hope.
