Also Don't eat past 7pm it's bad to eat when your not going to be active. I drink diet soda but after the meal and throwout the day I drink water. If I recall people should be drinking about 8 cups of water A day. Also most people eat 3 meals a day you can also try eating more meals but vary small portions. So take A normal meal like breakfast for ex sample and split it into 2 or 3 meals, and spread out the time. If it was split into to meals I'd eat the 2end half about 1 1/2 later and if split into 3 every hour. IF that don't work watch yourself infrunt of a mirror in the nude and eat. When you eat, fill your plate as you normally would.
Upon sitting down to eat, everything on your plate cut in half. Like a baked potato cut in half and eat only one of the halves. So do each thing on your plate in the same manner. This goes for a slice of bread too. Do not drink any soda's, replace that with milk, juice, water etc.
Would be good to stay away from sweets but if you have to have a piece of pie, cake etc. either cut a half piece or buy at the grocery store Weight Watchers fudge bars, pies, cakes etc. Need a mid day snack...yogurt low fat would be good to have. I wish you the best on your diet.

I lost a lot of weight over the summer and this is what I am doing. I am not drinking anything but water, not even diet sodas, just water. And I started eating slow. I always have a glass of water when I eat, and every time I take a bit I take a drink. It fills me up alot quicker and I am getting the recomended 8 glasses of water a day. It really does work, it did for me!

buy a jucier,go on a 4 to 5 day juice fast,this turns your metabolism around to where it burns the fat,you can also use water
