To loose weight - you MUST use more calories than you consume.
No matter what you eat - if you take in more calories than you burn off - you will gain weight: No matter what you eat - if you burn more calories than you take in - you will loose weight.

The best way to loose is to eat healthy, balanced meals and Exercise. If you eat nothing but cereal, you will NOT be eating healthy, balanced meals. You will develop nutritional deficiencies if you keep it up very long.

If you eat a LOT of cereal, and don't exercise - you will still gain weight in addition to having nutritional deficiencies.

If you are going to exercise properly, there is no reason to deprive yourself of the value of balanced meals, by eating cereal only.

A cereal-only diet is not healthy -- eat well and exercise -is your best option.

yes but be very careful it may work on the frontal globe of the cereal vortex which in turn may have an adverse affect on the co inkeidink portion of the rectal orafice called the stickemtothebutum kind of fecal matter. This in combination with all the male bovine feces i have been writing may in turn make u want to murder somebody Hence a cereal killer is born.

yes if its with skim milk
NO added sugar
cereal is: shredded wheat, or special K
eat only 3 times a day,
drink plenty of water
nothing after 6 pm but water
you will lose the weight AND important muscle and feel like crap

It's fairly low in calories, but not all that nutritious. Add fruit and don't forget protein.

You can lose weight on these kind of deals, but you end up looking haggard. Too unbalanced, no live food is bad for your overall health.

maybe it depends if you eat the healthy one the whci has like vitamins and stuff just eat chicken salad and stuff like that it better if you want to lose wieght walk and run more if you walk/run hour a day for 5 days you will lose wieght

Not if its a a sugery cereal.

You still need to get protein and calcium somehow.
