It depends how long you have been eating junk food. If you've been eating lots of junk food for years and haven't gained any weight, chances are that you have a high metabolism or you exercise enough to burn all those fat and calories away. But as you get older, your metabolism will decrease and the more junk food you eat, the more you'll have to exercise to burn all the fat and calories off. So my suggestion is get into the habit of not eating junk food so much. Every now and then is okay, but only eat 1 serving. Don't eat too much, Remember, everything in moderation. Your body will thank you for it and there will be less chance of you getting fatter when you get older.

if you need to eat junk food everyday then only have small portions like 2 cookies, a slice of cake...1 scoop of icecream, etc....although you are not fat now eating junk food is not healthy for you....if you are getting the correct amounts of all the food groups then its ok to eat junk food...you should eat junk food only 20% of the time.....junk food gives you bad skin and does horrible things to your insides...make sure you try to exercise 30 minutes at least 3 to 4 times a week..drink lots of water....also just be happy that you are small now because my best friend was soooooo skinny and ate a lot of chips and junk food and a bunch of calories..then it finally caught up to her and now she is about 20 pounds overweight and cant lose it....be careful but still enjoy yourself

slow down and start eating healthy. Getting fat isn't the only thing junk food does. It causes diseases and stuff. It's still bad for you and later in life you will prolly get fat if you keep it up

Yeah that's great, but I am sure your cholesterol level and blood pressure are off the charts (or going to be). Just because you are thin doesn not mean that you are healthy.

it rather is all to do with metabolisms. certainly narrow human beings have quickly metabolisms and slightly bigger human beings have slower ones and discover it extra durable to stay skinny. it rather is in simple terms from kinfolk genes and so on. in the event that they have narrow human beings in there kinfolk, it rather is extra desirable than probable been surpassed all the way down to them. regardless of if it would not propose that later in existence, their metabolisms will decelerate and that they are going to placed weight on. with the aid of the way.. Congratulations on being in restoration from having an eating affliction..x

First of all, get over yourself, and second, don't tempt providence one day your metabolism will change and you will get fat/ or develop a bunch of other diet related problems.
