Its normal for a mother to bleed after a delivery, it's like when a woman has a baby she bleeds for a while afterward. Its also normal for a mother to bleed longer if the litter was small. I had a dog that had a litter of 5 and she bleed for almost 6 weeks off and on, nothing is the matter, as long as she's not gushing blood or looking weak or doesn't want to eat or feed her puppies, then I would take her in.

this does no longer manage your question about culling, except..it truly is merely too quickly to inform. If the Catahoulas are of the 'patchwork' progression, they could proceed to boost pigmentation for various weeks, and may no longer be as white as they look. ( merely as Dalmatians boost spots as they boost) they might or may no longer finally end up as 'intense white'. with the help of the time that they are 8 weeks previous, the breeder will recognize if there are any deaf or blind pups. besides the undeniable fact that, the curiously healthful EW doggies could bypass to residences which have an understanding that there's a small probability of demodex or different epidermis complications. except both mothers and fathers are double merle, then there is little situation over the different genetic themes, alongside with intestinal complications. The breeder could information with an experienced Catahoula mentor to learn more effective about the information. ( having pedigree in hand)

She shouldn't be bleeding. Has she acting weak, lethargic, drinking lots of water and is there a foul smell with discharge coming from her vagina? For any of these symptons she must see a vet quickly, she could have pyometrea (?) which is a swelling in the uterus and unfortunately will require surgery. I hope it's not, but she must see a vet to determine what is going on.
Good luck.

vet the momma dog , better safe then dead. she may have retained a placenta or maybe has another dead pup in there . eighter way she could die if its true.her next "heat" cycle isnt for at least 6 months.

she needs to go to vet, they should only bleed until afterbirth, for no more than a day or two. she may have a intestinal tear from pushing hard during labor

It is nothing serious. She is just getting her period. All dogs get it after birth.
