I have good friends in Holland and a very special significant other in Denmark. I first started learning Dutch at the beginning of March this year and have found myself already quite fluent after only the first two months, to many people's surprise. Therefore I do have some to practise it with, but should I wait to learn Danish after I have 100% mastered Dutch or would it be okay to start learning Danish and practise both at the same time? And if anyone knows this, which one is most difficult?

There is no difficulty in learning more than one foreign language at a time. At least no more than there is in learning one. When I was at school I was learning Latin, French, German, Spanish, and Dutch. I gave up on Russian. Couldn't face learning a new alphabet. Being literate in your own language, as you seem to be, is a huge help.

I learned Spanish, French and German at the same time. The only problem for me was switching between accents, and very occasionally, I would mix up a vocabulary word.
It sounds like you have a gift for languages-- so I would say-- GO FOR IT!
