I am a 27 y/o female. I went to an Ear Nose Throat doctor today who said I didn't have tonsils. I have never had them removed. I have tried searching the internet, and have found nothing about people without tonsils.

absolutely you can be born without tonsils, and sometimes, even after they are removed, they grow back in. There is a term for the spontaneous regeneration of organs, but i can't remember what it is called right now. Just as people are born without limbs and such i am sure that being born without tonsils is just as commonplace. It may be an evolutionary advance, or just a genetic mutation. Can't really be sure, if you are concerned about it i would definitely seek medical advice. Hope this helps!

I suppose anything is possible, but it is quite odd to just be missing your tonsils and not anything else in that area. Congratulations on being an oddball!

It is likely your tonsils are so small that they're almost unnoticable. Not to worry, it's no big deal.
